When will my order be processed?

All merchandise is shipped wtihin 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Please allow up to 72 hours for customized orders. 

WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are shipped via UPS ground within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you shipped orders outside of the United States?

Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside of the U.S. 

However, we are working on this and in the near future we will ship internationally.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders that are under $99.99 are given a $8 ground charge via UPS. 

Anything above that but not exceeding $199.99 will be given a $16 ground charge. 

Any order over $199.99 shipping charges are waived. 

However this does not include the sale of art work.

A shipping charge to cover the cost of insurance will be assessed. 

To be determined depending on the price of the art work.

What is your return policy?

All purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. 

Since each shirt is designed specially for you, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time. 

If the item is damaged we will gladly issue a merchandise credit. 

All damages must be returned at our expense. 

Any paint specs on an item does not count as damaged. 

That is just a natural result of the creating process. 

With that said, we will NEVER ship anything out without it being thoroughly inspected. 

We reserve the right to not accept any damages that we think are questionable. 

How do I wash the items I purchased?

We recommend dry cleaning. 

It is the most effective way to clean the item without damaging it. 

Wash cycles usually beat up clothing and to ensure the longevity of your purchase dry cleaning is the way to go. 

It comes out even better than before.

How do your sizes work?

Our shirts and sweatshirts are unisex. 

Please refer to our size chart if you need further assistance with size selection. 

I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size/color. Will it be coming back in stock?

Unfortunately, most items are not restocked.

Any item that will have only one size run or come in a certain color will be noted. 

We at Brock Mills clothing want you to take pride in knowing that only a handful of people may have the same shirt as you. 

For those who like to match with one hundred other people are in luck. 

We do have styles that will be made through out the seasons. 

If those items are out of stock contact us to remind us and we will do what he can to get that item in stock. 

However, some styles will not be restocked if it is out of season.

Does Brock Mills have retail stores?

Unfortunately, we do not.

But we do have this wonderful online shop known as The Brock Shop!

What kind of fabrics do you use?

Our shirts and sweatshirts are made from 100% cotton. 

Our scarves are made from 100% silk. 

Can I work for Brock Mills?
